While walk-ins are welcome, we recommend booking your spot through our app or website to guarantee your place, especially for popular time slots. Members can reserve up to 7 days in advance.
Bring a water bottle, towel, and appropriate athletic footwear. Yoga mats are provided for yoga and Pilates classes, but you're welcome to bring your own. We have lockers and showers available for your convenience.
Absolutely! Our instructors provide modifications for all fitness levels. We recommend starting with classes labeled "Low" or "Moderate" intensity and speaking with the instructor before class about your experience level.
