Booking Information & Policies

Advanced Booking

Reserve your spot up to 7 days in advance through our mobile app or online member portal. Classes fill quickly during peak hours.

Cancellation Policy

Cancel up to 3 hours before class start time without penalty. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in class credit loss.

Arrival Time

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to set up equipment and warm up. Late entry may not be permitted for safety reasons.

All Fitness Levels

Our instructors provide modifications for every exercise, ensuring beginners and advanced athletes can work at their optimal intensity.

Equipment Provided

All necessary equipment including weights, resistance bands, yoga mats, and cycling shoes are available at no extra charge.

Safety First

All instructors are certified professionals trained in CPR and first aid, with AEDs located throughout the facility.
